Cold Turkey strives to provide top-notch customer service and we are giving you just that by upgrading our delivery service and getting your orders out on the SAME DAY!

Please note that we are only delivering within a 20km radius of our warehouse location which is at 1423 Grahams Lane, Burlington, Ontario. Our system will automatically let you know if you are located within the 20km radius delivery zone once you enter your address and postal code at checkout.

 If you are in an eligible delivery zone, please select "Same Day Delivery” as a shipping method. This service costs $10.00 CAD with no minimum purchase amount and FREE for all orders over $50. All orders MUST be placed before 3 PM EST to qualify for this service. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day. Our Same Day Delivery service will only be available Monday-Friday and orders will be delivered from 2 PM to 9 PM EST. Weekend orders will be delivered on the following Monday.

This service is currently available for customers in the above-mentioned areas ONLY.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Head on over to www.coldturkeyjuice.com, add the products you need to your cart and proceed to the checkout page
2. You will see an option for Same Day Delivery when selecting your shipping method. Our system will automatically tell you if you are eligible or not based on your address and postal code.
3. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a text message or e-mail confirmation that your order is out for delivery. At this time we can not offer specific time slots for deliveries. All deliveries will be taking place between the hours of 2 PM to 9 PM EST Monday - Friday.
4. If we can not make contact with you on the day of your delivery we will attempt to call you if unsuccessful we will re attempt delivery the next day.

Are you in a rush? We have got you covered! Choose the local pickup option and we will run the package out to your car or you can just pop in quick and grab it. If you would like to take advantage of our curb-side pickup option just park in one of our designated Cold Turkey parking spots and call the number thats on the parking sign.
